Our Story: Built from Purpose, Rooted in Love
I’m Wilda Lowe, founder of NHC23. NHC23 began with a daughter watching her mother receive cold, disconnected deliveries—rushed, unannounced, and without care. Aides who were meant to support her showed little presence, patience, or compassion. That pain lit a fire in me to create something better.
But my story didn’t start there. As a U.S. Army veteran, I’ve worked in the VA hospital and have seen what happens when people are left behind. I cared for veterans whose families never visited. Some days, I was the only one they talked to. So I stayed. I helped. I listened. Because no one should feel forgotten.
We serve the people who once served us—parents, grandparents, neighbors, veterans. They built the foundation we stand on, and it’s our turn to care for them with dignity, love, and respect.
At NHC23, w e deliver more than services. We deliver compassion. We restore connection. We treat every visit like it matters—because it does.

Help us deliver more than services.
Help us deliver compassion, love, and dignity.
Because these are our moms, our grandmothers, our veterans. They built the foundation we stand on—and now it’s our turn to care for them with the honor they deserve.
When you support NHC23, you’re not just helping a business grow. You’re helping us bring real care to the people who need it most.
